Designed a full-scope end-to-end program for complete transformation of real estate, technology and operation initiatives in several global real estate portfolio locations (New York, Chicago, Toronto, London, Hong Kong and Calgary).  Oversaw the design and delivery of requirements, resources, and organizational change, including the build out of six state-of-the-art trading floors and twelve collaborative and client-facing banking floors, totaling over 400,000 square feet, while ensuring the smooth operation of daily business.  Managed swift redesigns, redevelopment of operating models and unique ways of working to navigate through the challenges of the pandemic.
